Summer Paperwork:

2024 Summer Registration is open! 

Please fill out the forms and send them in as soon as possible. Spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Only 100 spots are available!

The forms can be emailed to tabithal@willardcommunitycenter.org, mailed to Willard Community Center, dropped off at Willard, Lakeview CLC, or Roper before & after school program, or faxed to 402-438-0574.

Parent Information Brochure (This only needs to be filled out and returned if you are a new family to Willard)

School-Age Summer Enrollment Packet (Spots available to children who just completed a grade in elementary in the 2023/2024 school year. ~Kindergarten through age 13.)

*If your child is new to the program, we also required immunization records to be provided before the child starts care.
