I just wanted to let you know that our Annual Company Training we held at Willard went incredibly well. In past years, we would do annual training in our office conference room, which would only accommodate about 25 people. With 150 + employees to run through training, it was a long drawn out process, taking multiple sessions and days to finish. By having it at Willard, we were able to do our entire employee group in one morning! Having access to multiple classrooms, all with the audio visual already in place, made the morning a huge success. Several of our employees also commented on how much better the training was this year, and I believe the Willard facility was a huge part of that. I can see multiple ways in which we could use the Willard facility again in the future.
