Willard Board of Directors

Willard Community Center's Board of Directors is made up of a group of community volunteers.  The Board provides general oversight to the Executive Director and ensures that Willard Community Center operations stays aligned with its mission and values as well as ensuring compliance with all federal, state and non-profit laws and regulations.  This group is responsible for safeguarding the organization's assets and making sure the Center is run in a fiscally responsible manner.  They, along with the Executive Director, are responsible for managing the strategic plan of the organization. The Board also monitors the organization's finances, programs and performance.  Board meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month at 12pm at the Center.
