Join us on Friday, February 16, from 2:00-3:00 PM at Mourning Hope Grief Center’s community room for a rejuvenating yoga session led by Hannah Pollack. This session will focus on gentle movement, breath work, and mindfulness, creating a space for relaxation and self-care.
