Lincoln Fresh Produce Truck Returns to Campus

Willard Community Center is excited to welcome back the Lincoln Fresh Produce Truck from the Food Bank of Lincoln beginning Tuesday, March 17. The produce truck provides fresh fruits and vegetables to the community and will be available from 10:30–11:30 AM on the basketball court.

After the first visit in March, the Lincoln Fresh Produce Truck will return on the third Tuesday of each month, making it easy for community members to access fresh produce throughout the year.

The program is open to everyone, and there are no eligibility requirements to participate. Community members are encouraged to stop by, pick up fresh produce, and connect with neighbors.

Those planning to attend are asked to bring a box or reusable bag to carry their produce.

Programs like the Lincoln Fresh Produce Truck help support healthy eating while strengthening community connections. Willard Community Center is grateful for our continued partnership with the Food Bank of Lincoln in helping make fresh food accessible to our neighborhood and the greater Lincoln community.
