Next Wellness Campus Yoga: April 13 @ 2PM

Join us on Sunday, April 13th at 2pm for a time of grounding and relaxation through the power of yoga with Hannah Pollack.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just beginning, this session will guide you toward balance, connection, and mindfulness. Take a moment for yourself to center your energy and move with intention. This practice is all about reconnecting with your body, your breath, and the present moment.

Hannah is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and end-of-life doula who integrates yoga’s mind-body-spirit practices with the grief and death space. She helps individuals navigate personal transformation and loss by using mindfulness, the body, and a deep connection to nature, empowering them to move through life’s cycles with resilience and clarity.

This session will take place outdoors in the serene setting of Schroder Park. While registration is not required, it is encouraged to help us prepare, especially if we need to move the session indoors. Spots are limited, so secure yours today by reserving at the link below.
